One plan, one price. Every plan bundles three things: the jobs you run each month, the integrations you need and the AI credits that run your AI. Starter covers up to 100 jobs, Core 300, Growth 750 and Scale 1,500; Custom is sized to you above 2,000. Over any of them, top up on the plan you have, and when a bigger plan works out cheaper we move you to it. Plus a fixed one-time setup fee for your plan.

A job is one work order at one customer location that has at least one visit scheduled in that calendar month. For project work, such as installs and fit-outs, each crew-day on site counts as one job. A 4-day install with one crew is 4 jobs; a 2-day install with two crews is also 4. Counts: each new work order scheduled that month, and each visit of a recurring service. Does not count: extra visits or days on the same service work order, quotes and leads that are never scheduled, jobs cancelled before dispatch, and tasks or forms inside a job.

Yes. Every plan has unlimited users: the office, every technician and your subcontractors. Plans differ only by how many jobs, integrations and AI credits they include.

Any outside system we keep your data in sync with: QuickBooks or Xero, Stripe, EagleView, your CRM, your ERP or your own internal system. Two-way sync is still one. Texting (SMS) and calling count too, because they connect to a phone provider. Email and calendars never count. Starter includes 1, Core 3, Growth 6 and Scale 10.

No. AI roles like an after-hours receptionist, a dispatcher or someone chasing payments run on your plan's AI credits, so there is nothing separate to buy. A simple way to tell them from automations: an automation follows the same steps every time (a job closes, the invoice goes out). An AI role holds the conversation and makes the call, like answering a customer who asks to split a payment. Automations are unlimited on every plan.

AI credits are how AI usage is measured, on one meter for the whole company. AI phone calls use the most, 0.35 credits a minute; everything else AI does, from Command Center questions to summaries and texts, is covered by your plan's credits. Starter includes 500 a month, Core 1,000, Growth 2,500 and Scale 5,000. We set a monthly limit with you, so AI usage can't run past what you agreed, and more credits are only added when you ask.

Nothing stops. Top up 100 jobs at a time on the plan you have; when a bigger plan works out cheaper than your top-ups, we move you to it. The price rises gradually as you grow, never in big jumps.

Yes, a fixed one-time fee for your plan, never billed by the hour. It covers configuring your workflows, importing your customers, sites, assets and price list, connecting the integrations your plan includes, setting up your AI roles, the web portal and technician app, training and go-live support. Each integration beyond your plan has its own one-time setup.

Yearly or monthly. Paying yearly saves about 25% on your plan and any top-ups; the one-time setup fee is the same either way.

Yes, on every plan. Fieldproxy's official MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams (through Copilot Studio), GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Codex to your workspace. Access follows each person's role and can be limited by table, row and column. API access and the MCP server are included on every plan; the developer docs are at fieldproxy.ai/developers.
