This page explains how text messages from Fieldproxy work — how you opt in, what kinds of messages we send, how to stop them, and how we handle the personal data tied to your phone number.

How you opt in
You opt in to text messages from Fieldproxy by entering your phone number on our registration page and ticking a consent box that is unchecked by default. The live screenshot of the registration form, captured directly from our production app, is shown first — followed by an annotated breakdown of the same form.
The phone-number field and the un-checked SMS consent checkbox are visible exactly as a new user sees them. The disclosure shown next to the checkbox reads: “I agree to receive automated SMS alerts and updates from Fieldproxy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

The consent box is never pre-checked, bundled with another agreement, or implied by your activity. Your account is created only after you tick the box and click Create account.
Message flow
End-users opt in to Fieldproxy text messages by entering their phone number on our service registration form and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box. Because Fieldproxy is a secure portal, the registration flow, the live opt-in screenshot, and our SMS disclosures are all documented publicly on this page so they are viewable by anyone — users, customers, and partners.

You are unsubscribed immediately. We send one final confirmation: “You have been unsubscribed from Fieldproxy SMS. No further messages will be sent.”

We respond: “Fieldproxy support: email support@fieldproxy.ai. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Your data & third parties
Your mobile number, opt-in record, and consent details are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. The relevant clause from our Privacy Policy:
